Specific regulations during the summer 2020 as a precaution against Covid-19

-Our employees have the obligation to wear a mask, as well as disinfect the touched areas before and after the delivery of the caravan or cart.

-Customers must keep a distance of 1.5 meters.

-The caravan or trailer is placed on the campsite as best as possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to push and pull a caravan or cart. The client has the obligation when leaving the campsite to place the caravan or cart in a way that allows it to be collected in a simple way.

- The payment of the contract, transport and / or washing is done when the caravan is delivered or in the office during the established hours. Payment can be made with a credit card or cash. Cash payments must be made properly. We have no change when the payment is realized at the camping.

-The waiting times for the pickup and delivery of the caravan may take longer than usual.
